Paradise Circus Go To War On New Single ‘Sanguinem’

Birmingham indie five-piece Paradise Circus go to war on new single Sanguinem.

Paradise Circus – Sanguinem

Hailing from Birmingham, Paradise Circus started in 2019 and consists of David Purchase (vocals), Callum Cartwright (guitar), Nathan Shingler (drums), Sam Allen (bass), and Peter Donnelly (keyboards). In the last four years, they have made some noise in the UK’s indie landscape, drawing attention from notorious media like NME and BBC Introducing.

Highly influenced by legends such as Coldplay and U2, their sound is as exciting as it can be melancholic, elements that come alive in their latest aural venture Sanguinem:

The record is about someone who is going into conflict and reflecting on the struggle someone has, originally written in the first person of a boy being forced to fight in war.” – said the band about the inspiration behind this work.

Upbeat yet lyrically touching, Sanguinem shines due to its vibrant instrumentation composed of colourful synths, lively guitar riffs, and energetic drums, guaranteeing to make you jump off your seat and sing along to its memorable chorus.

Sanguinem is a riveting auditive collage of indie brilliance.

Fresh off playing sellout shows with the independent bands Candid and The Native, Paradise Circus is on a mission to become a significant force in the UK scene. Championed by critics and slowly building a loyal fanbase, this quintet is a shining example that rock still has so much to offer, making them an act that deserves your attention.
