The Blackchords track ‘Disappear’ features in the hit MTV show Teen Mom 2 Ep 112 Disappear is the final track, from their debut self titled album.
Blackchords ‘Raise My Hands’ has now also been included on the Teen Mom soundtrack which is due for release at the end of January.
